This eight-person holiday apartment is part of the traditional-looking Haus Wildkarblick, a small-scale complex located in beautiful Hochkrimml. You can stay here with 6 adults and 2 children. What immediately strikes you upon entering is the luxury and comfort of the apartment, where the wooden elements give the whole a warm appearance. The layout has been well thought out so that the apartment feels spacious. The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, adjoins the comfortable sitting area, which in turn gives access to the spacious sunny balcony. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view in the lovely afternoon sun. The three bedrooms all offer space for two people with a comfortable double bed and the bathroom is modern and luxuriously furnished with a lovely walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is also an extra separate toilet and you can park 1 car in front of the door.The host of the house is happy to welcome you in his après-ski bar BergGeistAlm (at the top of the Filzsteinbahn Speedy).
In winter, this apartment is popular with winter sports enthusiasts because of its favorable location in relation to the slopes and the ski lift on the Filzsteinalm. The facilities of Haus Wildkarblick Top 4 are also geared toward this. There is a general ski storage room and a (shared) sauna to warm up after your return. The Zillertal Arena is an extensive ski area that is suitable for families and, at the same time, offers enough challenges for (semi) professionals. For those who don't want to whiz down the mountains all day, Haus Wildkarblick has a spacious balcony that is the perfect spot for catching the afternoon sun. Enjoy the beautiful view of the slopes and nearby cross-country trails from there. Feel like a break from cooking? Close to the apartment, you will find two restaurants, après ski, sports shop, ski school and a children's area on the Filzsteinalm, where you can chat while enjoying a typical Austrian dish and a cold beer.
In the summer, the wooded area is beautiful. You can walk endlessly through gentle valleys, steep forest paths, and along cool streams. The Zillertal Arena is also a mecca for cycling and mountain biking. Numerous well-marked routes guide you along the most breathtaking viewpoints. In addition, a visit to the world-famous Krimmler Wasserfälle is unmissable. Walk up past the waterfall and take enough time along the way to absorb the power of the impressive water force. In high season, allow a full day for this visit and bring something to eat and drink for a quick snack along the way, as it can get quite busy. The apartment is in a peaceful area where you can smell the pine forest and read a book in peace on the balcony. Shopping for a nice picnic in nature can be done by driving 10-15 minutes to Königsleiten or Unterkrimml. Each apartment has its own parking space, so you can quickly unload once back!

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

Zowel beginners met slechts 1 tot 2 weken ski ervaring tot de gevorderde skiër die de kunst van het diepsneeuw skiën, carven of slalom skiën onder de knie wil krijgen worden bij Skischool Krimml begeleid door excellent ski- & snowboard instructeurs. Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
