Welcome to Wildkarblick Top 5, a beautiful 70 m2 apartment where holiday dreams come true! Located in the picturesque Filzstein/Hochkrimml, this accommodation is the ideal starting point for a delightful vacation. The apartment is cozy and warmly decorated and features a cozy living room with a corner kitchen and a typical Austrian dining area where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. However, it's not the only place where you can savour your tasty filled Kaisersemmeln. From the living room, you can step onto the balcony. Since this balcony faces south, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, breathtaking views and the sun during a delightful breakfast! The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The last two sleeping places can be found on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. With these amenities, the property is suitable for six people (four adults and two children). If you want to celebrate your holiday with a larger group, Wildkarblick Top 5 can also be booked together with Top 6 for a total of fourteen people (maximum of ten adults and four children).
In winter, Hochkrimml, located in the expansive Zillertal Arena ski area, is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with sunny slopes from December to April. The ski area is suitable for families and offers enough challenges for professionals. This apartment is popular among winter sports enthusiasts due to its favourable location to the slope and the ski lift on Filzsteinalm in the Zillertal Arena. Other advantages of Haus Wildkarblick Top 5 include direct access to the cross-country ski trail and the option to ski back in good snow conditions (ski in, not ski out). Additionally, you don't have to worry about carrying heavy ski equipment. You can drop them off at the ski depot at Sport Lachmayer. Besides skiing, you can also go tobogganing, embark on beautiful snowshoe walks to the impressive Krimml waterfalls, or relax in the shared sauna at the apartment. Near the apartment, you'll find two restaurants, après-ski bars, a sports shop, a ski school, and a children's area on Filzsteinalm. In short, the village is a perfect mix of winter activities and relaxation for all ages. So, it's ideal to start your alpine adventure!
In summer, you begin your day on the sunny balcony and discuss the upcoming holiday. The region invites you to active holidays with opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing, and canyoning. Even in summer, the impressive Krimml waterfalls are a sight to behold. The Durlaßboden reservoir, with a pleasant temperature of up to 21 degrees, offers opportunities for swimming, paddling, and pedal boating. Additionally, you can also go surfing, rowing, and sailing there. Nearby, there are educational and enjoyable places such as Wasser Wunder Welt, a visitor center and theme park about water, and the immense National Park Hohe Tauern. Further afield are Mittersill, known for hiking and museums, Zell am See with its picturesque setting and car-free center, and Innsbruck, a historic city with attractions like Schloss Ambras and the Hofburg. Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
