Wildkarblick Top 6 is a beautiful 70 m2 apartment for eight people (six adults and two children), where holiday dreams come true. Located in the picturesque Filzstein/Hochkrimml, this accommodation is the ultimate base for a fantastic vacation. The apartment is cozy and modern. The living room with a lovely beamed ceiling radiates warmth and offers a typical Austrian dining area for delightful breakfast moments. In the evening, you can relax on the comfortable corner sofa. From the living room, you step out onto the balcony, where you have plenty of sun as it faces south, allowing you to fully enjoy the fresh mountain air, a delightful breakfast with coffee or tea, and breathtaking views! The apartment has three bedrooms with six sleeping places; two double beds and a bunk bed, with the last two sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room. If you want to enjoy your holiday with a larger group, Wildkarblick Top 6 can also be booked together with Top 5 for a total of fourteen people (maximum of ten adults and four children).
In winter, Hochkrimml, situated in the expansive Zillertal Arena ski area, is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with sun-drenched slopes from December to April. The ski area is suitable for families and offers enough challenges for experienced skiers. This apartment is popular among winter sports enthusiasts due to its favourable location to the slopes and the ski lift on Filzsteinalm in the Zillertal Arena. Other benefits of Haus Wildkarblick Top 6 include direct access to the cross-country ski trail and the possibility of ski-in (no ski-out). You also don't have to worry about lugging heavy ski gear, as you can leave it in the ski depot at Sport Lachmayer. In addition to skiing, you can also go tobogganing in the area, take stunning snowshoe walks to the impressive Krimml Waterfalls, or relax in the shared sauna at the apartment. Near the apartment, you'll find two restaurants, après-ski bars, a sports shop, a ski school, and a children's area at Filzsteinalm. In summer, you start your day on the sunny balcony and discuss the upcoming day. Even in summer, the impressive Krimml Waterfalls are a major attraction. The Durlaßboden reservoir, with a pleasant temperature of up to 21 degrees, offers opportunities for swimming, paddling, and pedalos. Additionally, you can also surf, row, and sail there. Nearby, there are educational and enjoyable places such as Wasser Wunder Welt, a visitor center and theme park about water, and the immense Hohe Tauern National Park. Further away are Mittersill, known for hiking and museums, Zell am See with its picturesque setting and car-free centre, and Innsbruck, a historic city with attractions like Schloss Ambras and the Hofburg. Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

Zowel beginners met slechts 1 tot 2 weken ski ervaring tot de gevorderde skiër die de kunst van het diepsneeuw skiën, carven of slalom skiën onder de knie wil krijgen worden bij Skischool Krimml begeleid door excellent ski- & snowboard instructeurs. Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
