Every season is perfect for a relaxing stay in very modern and luxuriously furnished homes of Sam Alm. Whether you want to actively explore the area or enjoy some peace and quiet, Sam Alm Chalet is the place to be. After you park the car at the house you walk up the stairs to the top apartment. Here you will find a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable corner sofa which can also be used as a sofa bed. The large windows provide a lot of light and a fantastic view of the surroundings. You can prepare a delicious meal in no time in the fully equipped kitchen, which you can enjoy at the dining table with the whole family. From the living room, you can step onto the the sunny south-facing balcony balcony and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. What more could you want? There is one spacious bedroom with a lovely double bed with en-suite bathroom, and you even have a balcony, from which you can enjoy the pure mountain air in the morning or before going to sleep. Furthermore you have one spacious double bedroom and a  cozy bedroom, both with double beds and two luxuriously furnished bathrooms. As icing on the cake, there is a beautiful roof terrace with a lovely Finnish outdoor sauna that you can set to different heats (60 + 90 C). After an active day in the Austrian mountain air, you can relax in the houses of Sam-Alm. Whether you want to curl up on the sofa with a book, play a game with the family or relax in the hot sauna, a stay in Sam-Alm has all you need.

On both the ground floor and the first floor, there is a connecting door between 2 houses (Top 1 and Top 2). This is fantastic for large families, families or groups of friends (maximum 20 people).

In winter, you can start the day quietly with a delicious breakfast. From Sam Alm, you can walk to the Filzsteinalm, where you can go skiing or snowboarding and enjoy the winter wonderland. This large and snow-sure Zillertal Arena ski area is perfect for both beginners and advanced skiers, young and old. Besides skiing and snowboarding, there are plenty of other activities in the area; Cross-country skiing is also highly recommended or think of the enormous fun during tobogganing or snow tubing or enjoy the beautiful surroundings during a horse-drawn sleigh ride. After a day full of winter fun, you can ski back to Sam Alm when there is enough snowfall, where you can store your belongings in the shared ski storage room and enjoy a day full of winter experiences.

In the summer, but certainly also in the spring and autumn, you cannot start the day better from Sam Alm. After a delicious breakfast with sandwiches from the bakery (bread service), it is absolutely worthwhile to explore the beautiful surroundings. Grab your own or rented bicycle from the bicycle shed (with even a charging point for E-Bikes!) To discover the many active mountain bike and cycling routes. But don't forget to bring walking shoes, plenty of options. You will be amazed by the breathtaking mountain peaks! Get in the car and descend Gerlos Pass with several vantage points over Europe's highest tiered waterfall! Continue to the foot of the Krimmler waterfall and visit the "WasserWunderWelt" theme park. Or challenge yourself to explore the mountains by means of Klettern (climbing) or canyoning accompanied by experienced guides. For real daredevils, there is the Gipfelliner and the Arena Skyliner. Are you brave enough?

Hochkrimml sits at an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level, making it the highest village in the Zillertal Arena. Lying almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps, with the winter sports area consisting of three areas: Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach this village by car or bus with ease, with plenty of conventional skiing and cross-country skiing potential thanks to the close proximity of the Gerlosplatte. From Hochkrimml, you can reach the Zillertal Arena directly via a red downhill run to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless hours of high alpine skiing in this pristine part of Austria.
