The name of this maisonette apartment says it all. Certainly, during your time staying at this property, you'll have no trouble feeling fantastic. The comfortable apartment is fully equipped with all creature comforts and has in winter room for 8 guests. The apartment complex is located at 1,700 metres altitude in Hochkrimml, providing you with premier skiing environments and premier views. The living room has a lovely sitting area by the fireplace, cosy dining table and, in the completely equipped kitchen you can easily put together a tasty meal with all the necessary appliances available. The high windows in the living room provide plenty of light and offer stunning views over the Alps. There are in total three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a double bed, bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower and sink. The other bathroom has a Finnish sauna, shower and sink. Here you can relax after an active day in the mountains.
In winter, the vast ski area of the Zillertal Arena offers many beautiful kilometres of pistes. with beautiful descents. The range of blue, red and black pistes is diverse. The ski school is within walking distance of the apartment and the ski lift from the Plattenalm is connected to Königsleiten. Fanatic winter sports enthusiasts can from here beautiful day trips to Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. Along the way, you can enjoy Austrian cuisine at one of the many mountain huts. Hochkrimml has also set out beautiful trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. Before you back to the chalet is going to rest for the next winter sports day you can brave a ride on the impressive toboggan run in Hochkrimml, which is open daily until 21.30. In the summer the toboggan run is also crying out for a try!
In summer, the beautiful mountain surroundings and alpine meadows provide plenty of hiking and cycling opportunity. Enthusiastic hikers can head out and explore on their own, or join a guided tour of the region. Nearby, you'll find the well-known natural wonder, the Krimmler waterfalls.. A visit to this impressive spectacle should not be missed during your holiday! For a scenic adventure, hop aboard the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn to soak in the spectacular mountain majesty at least once during your trip.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
