"This tastefully furnished apartment, complete with a balcony, is located on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol in Hochkrimml. From an altitude of approximately 1700 metres, you""ll enjoy magnificent views of mountain landscape from the living room. The apartment offers space for groups of up to 8 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table. After a nice meal, relax in the apartment’s comfortable sitting area. If you’re seeking even more relaxation, you’ll love the apartment’s wellness area, which features a Finnish sauna, shower, sink, and a separate toilet. The sleeping areas are divided into two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms includes a bunk bed as well. Additionally, you""ll have access to two parking spaces at the apartment.In winter, the extensive ski area of Zillertal Arena offers plenty of opportunities for both seasoned and novice skiers. There is a varied selection of blue, red, and black runs. There""s also a ski school located within walking distance of the apartment. The ski lift from Plattenalm connects to Königsleiten, so you can take day trips to Gerlos as well as Zell am Ziller! For cross-country skiers, there are several beautiful, high-altitude slopes in Hochkrimml. You can also enjoy the 2-kilometre-long illuminated toboggan run, which opens daily until 9:30 pm. After a day of fun in the snow, head back to the well-equipped apartment and take some time to relax.In summer, a beautiful, mountainous environment with green alpine meadows will entice you to go out for beautiful bike rides and walks. The theme park, ""WasserWunderWelt"", is a fun and educational trip for children. There, they can learn everything about the water and mountains. The theme park is located near the Krimmler waterfall, Europe""s highest staged waterfall! On beautiful, warm summer days, the Durla β reservoir offers refreshments and relaxation. You can enjoy various water sports, such as surfing, rowing, and even stand-up paddle boarding. Children can also enjoy themselves there, as they also have a great playground next to the lake. This area is fun for both young and old! Alternatively, hop on the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn and explore picturesque mountain villages around the area."

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
