Description
As its name suggests, relaxation and luxury are of paramount importance at Wellness Chalet Duxeralm. This detached chalet is located in Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1700 metres. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a double sofabed, an attractive wood stove, and a large dining table. All conveniences are provided for in the fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space in this chalet, as it can comfortably accommodate up to 14 to 16 guests. Sleeping places are divided between five bedrooms, and there's also a sofabed in the living room. There are four bedrooms with a double bed apiece, and two of these include an additional one-person bunk bed. At the lower level of the chalet, there's luxurious wellness area. There, you can relax in an infrared or Finnish sauna as well as cool off in the shower. There is also a foot spa and a sitting area available that you can use to relax. The wellness area also offers direct access to a spacious garden/terrace. In addition, there are four parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars at the chalet.
In winter, you’ll be located within walking distance of the in the extensive Zillertal Arena. The ski area offers plenty of slopes for both novice and advanced skiers, and there's a ski lift that connects to Königsleiten. From there, you can take long day trips to visit Zell am Ziller. Within walking distance of the chalet, there are many restaurants and après ski. After a cold day on the slopes, you can warm up by the wood stove in the living room, or visit the wellness area and completely relax.
In summer, both peace-seekers and active vacationers can experience a wonderful holiday in the area of Hochkrimml. The beautiful mountain landscape is ideal for relaxing walks, strenuous hikes, or mountain bike tours. There are several attractions nearby, including the impressive Krimmler waterfalls! There, you can go for an intensive climb along the waterfall through a landscaped path, which is well worth the trouble! Along the way, there are several viewpoints where you can stop to rest and take it all in. At the top of the waterfall, you can enjoy delicious Austrian delicacies at one of the many restaurants to choose from.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

Zowel beginners met slechts 1 tot 2 weken ski ervaring tot de gevorderde skiër die de kunst van het diepsneeuw skiën, carven of slalom skiën onder de knie wil krijgen worden bij Skischool Krimml begeleid door excellent ski- & snowboard instructeurs. Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
