This two-under-one-roof holiday home is located at an altitude of about 1700 metres on the Silberleiten in Hochkrimml! From there, you'll have a view towards Königsleiten and beautiful mountain peaks. The spacious chalet has a modern interior and comes fully equipped. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday at this home with up to 11 guests. In the living room, you can relax in the sitting area or retire to the loft, which features a TV and a double sofabed. There is also a cosy dining area in the sleek, complete kitchen. Are you going on a holiday with young children? The holiday home is equipped with stair gates, which can help keep your children safe at all times. The sleeping areas are divided into three bedrooms. Each room comes with a double bed and a single bed, and the loft is also furnished with an additional sofabed. For a day of relaxation, you'll never have to leave the house. This luxurious residence has its own relaxation area, complete with a sauna and a walk-in shower. There's one parking space located at the chalet, as well as an additional two covered-parking spaces available in the parking garage nearby.
In winter, this chalet is located in an ideal spot! When there is enough snow, you can ski back to the chalet, all the way to the front door. Since the chalet is situated on a north slope that's 1700 meters high, it usually goes well! The ski lifts of the large Zillertal Arena ski area are located within walking distance, and so is the ski school as well. The area is ideal for children and for those learning to ski for the first time. In the evenings, try the illuminated toboggan run before you unwind inside the luxury holiday home. Afterwards, hang up your winter sports equipment in the ski storage room, which comes with a ski boot dryer, and then relax your muscles in the warm sauna.
In summer, enjoy staying out on the terrace as well as the various balconies in Zonnenchalet Zillertal. The region also offers many options for fun trips. You can visit the impressive Krimmler waterfalls, take a hike high in the mountains, or rent an electric bicycle and follow the well-known Tauernradweg trail. This beautiful route starts in Krimml and leads through picturesque mountain villages that stretch along the river Salzach. Cycle as far as you want, then hop on the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn and comfortably take a ride back to Krimml with your bike.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.
