This stunning accommodation is located on the top floor of the Alpina apartment complex, centrally situated in the charming mountain village of Königsleiten. Up to six people can stay comfortably in this holiday home, making it the go-to choice for families or groups of friends. Enter through the impressive hall to find easy access to one of the bedrooms of the property, along with a bathroom, toilet and that all-important living room. Here, there's ample seating so you and your fellow guests can relax and unwind, while the typical Austrian dining area is ready and waiting for you to gather come mealtimes. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. There are three bedrooms to accommodate guests, one of which have two single beds, while the second and third boasts a double bed. Essential amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, sporting shops and ATM machines are all within walking distance of this apartment. If you don't feel like cooking, take a stroll into town and browse the menus at the local eateries before making your choice on where to dine out.

In winter, you can step from the apartment onto the practice meadow, while the ski lift is located close by. Alternatively, hop on the ski shuttle bus right outside the property and you'll find yourself at the ski lift stop for the Zillertal Arena. This first-rate ski area is ideal for those looking for slopes that will suit all levels of proficiency, while there's a good range of winter sporting selection beyond the slats. Take a snowshoe hike for an adventure with a difference, get romantic with a horse-drawn sleigh ride, or indulge your daring side with a go on the toboggan run. Feeling hungry after all that action? Saunter into the enchanting village of Königsleiten and satisfy your appetite at one of many après-ski bars.

In summer, this apartment and its scenic surroundings are well suited to nature lovers. From the apartment, you can enjoy magnificent views of this remarkable region of Austria. Looking to get out and explore? Take the cable car lift to the mountain heights and walk through alpine meadows, or see if you can scale the challenging ascents with a climbing excursion. On warmer days, take the edge off with a splash in the Durlaβboden reservoir. You can also enjoy fun on a pedalo, try your hand at rowing or simply kick back and relax on the shore as you enjoy the sunshine.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
