This home will be modified in summer 2024, including:
  • A terrace extension with additional dining area and windshield ( has already been finished)
  • A Kinoraum will be created in the lower floor with movie theater seats
  • A Wellnessraum with infrared sauna and loungers to relax on will be added
Atmospheric impressions of the future situation of the Kinoraum and Wellnesraum have been added.
The modifications will be implemented no later than winter 24-25.

This spacious, tastefully decorated chalet offers you all the luxury and comfort you could wish for. From the sunny and heated terrace with Hottub, you'll have a magnificent view over part of Königsleiten and the Mayor's Meadow, which is a real feast for the eyes! This chalet boasts a premier location in the village centre of Königsleiten, at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres. This spacious apartment has room for up to 10 people to enjoy a comfortable stay, with three large bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom and one bedroom with two single beds. You can also relax in style in the wellness area, which includes a sauna, shower, bath and sun loungers. There is a parking garage beneath the chalet, with room for two cars for guests staying at this apartment. You'll also find a further two parking spaces to utilise in the nearby village.

In winter, you'll love your stay in this premier apartment. From the terrace, you are right on top of the practice meadow, while you can ski or snowboard to your heart's content in the snow-sure Zillertal Arena ski area. It's an ideal place for families, with slopes to suit beginners and the more experienced skier. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, you can undertake a whole host of other winter sport activities, including snowshoeing and tobogganing, while a sleigh ride into the village of Wald im Pinzgau is an absolute must.

In summer, this chalet is a perfect base for a holiday to remember. After a hearty breakfast, you can get set to explore all manner of beautiful attractions and embark on an exciting excursion. Get on your bike and discover the diverse landscape via one of many cycle routes, or pull on your hiking boots and venture along more than 400 kilometres of hiking trails. You can also book yourself onto a challenging climbing tour. Alternatively, head to the Durlaβboden reservoir for waterborne fun, or dine at one of many restaurants in the region if you're keen to experience some mouth-watering Austrian cuisine.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity.
