Located in the outskirts of the quaint village of Königsleiten, this comfortable chalet is an ideal choice for those planning a much-needed winter getaway or a summertime excursion. The chalet is particularly spacious and accommodates up to ten people, making it ideal for large families and groups. You can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains from the terrace, and the interior of the property will equally impress you. There's a large living room with a fireplace, as well as a generously proportioned dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy breakfast bar. Sleeping arrangements are split across five bedrooms. Three of the rooms contain a double bed apiece, and the other two bedrooms feature single beds. For those with their own transport, parking spaces are available for up to three vehicles.

In winter, this chalet is an ideal place to make your base. Within close proximity to the village of Königsleiten, you'll have plenty on hand to keep you occupied. There's a free ski shuttle bus within walking distance of the accommodation, and the Dorfbahn ski lift can take you to the peaks of Zillertal Arena's skiing region. After you're finished with the slopes, visit the nearby village of Königsleiten, which offers a host of enchanting Austrian delights. Whether you're looking to have a bite to eat, a refreshing drink, or have some fun shopping for souvenirs, this holiday destination has something for everyone.

In summer, this chalet is a perfect base for accommodation, especially for fun-seekers that are seeking to enjoy the best this part of Austria has to offer. You'll be able to view majestic scenery while enjoying mountain walks. In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas.
