This spacious, luxurious and comfortable holiday residence accommodates up to 12 people, making it ideal for a getaway with family or friends. The chalet is located in the charming Austrian village of Königsleiten and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The holiday home consists of three floors, each offering a new ‘surprise.’ On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and even a sauna. There is also a lovely, covered terrace! The second-floor features two more bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a very spacious balcony. The third floor offers a cozy living room with a large lounge sofa and a spacious, modern kitchen, equipped with a wine cooler, a dining area, and an island with bar stools! From this floor, you can step out onto the beautiful terrace and sunny balcony, both of which provide a stunning view of the mountains – delightful, isn’t it? Moreover, you won’t have to haul heavy bags up the stairs yourself. On the ground floor, you’ll find not only a staircase but also a lift that takes you easily to all floors. Bel Piano has everything you need for a wonderful holiday!
In winter, Bel Piano is an ideal spot for winter sports enthusiasts. The stunning slopes of the Zillertal Arena are right on your doorstep and offer plenty of variety for every type of winter sports lover: challenging descents for advanced skiers, wide pistes for beginners, and adventurous routes for snowboarders and cross-country skiers. After an active day in the snow, you return to the warm, comfortable chalet. You can relax and reminisce about your day on the terrace or balcony with a warm glühwein, a cup of hot chocolate, or a beer, all while breathing in the fresh mountain air. If you feel the need for some extra warmth and relaxation after a long, cold day on the slopes, store your ski gear in the chalet’s ski room and dive into the private sauna. This is the perfect place to allow your muscles to recover and to unwind completely! The chalet and the piste are located in a car-free zone. When the lifts are at a standstill and the skiers are enjoying the lively après-ski, the children can play undisturbed on the piste in front of the chalet. Sledging down the mountain is great fun for young and old.
In summer, Bel Piano is also a fantastic place to stay. Start your day with a delicious breakfast in the sun on one of the terraces or balconies and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains. Discuss your plans for the day and set off! Explore the most beautiful hiking and biking routes in the vicinity of picturesque Königsleiten, visit the nearby Krimmler Waterfalls, or take a refreshing dip in the Durlaßboden Reservoir. After a long day of adventure, you can enjoy a lovely evening with a homemade meal from the modern kitchen and a chilled glass of wine from your own wine cooler. Then, spend the evening playing a board game or reading a good book on the balcony, soaking up the last rays of sunshine! In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere.
