In the Belle Vue detached chalet, you can experience a dream holiday with up to 6 people. The chalet is centrally located in the mountain village of Königsleiten so that various amenities are all within easy walking distance. When you enter the living room, you will be amazed by the light and space, the area with the open hearth is really eye-catching! Step out onto the terrace or balcony and admire the beautiful surrounding white peaks of the Zillertal. Relax in the comfortable seating area by the fireplace. The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped and in the spacious dining area is a pleasant place to eat and then relax. The eight sleeping places are divided into four bedrooms with a double bed, two of which have an en suite bathroom. However, what makes this apartment really shine is the wonderful spa with a Finnish sauna, a spacious walk-in shower, 2-person bath and water beds to relax on.

In the winter, you can head straight to the Eberharter piste, which is directly in front of the ski storage area of the Belle Vue Chalet. It's perfect if you're on holiday with young children as ski lessons are also available! The Dorfbahn ski lift delivers you to the Zillertal Arena with connections to Hochkrimml, Gerlos and Zell. After a day of winter sports fun, you can relax in the luxury holiday home. Light the fire and warm up by a crackling fire, or unwind in the super-de-luxe relaxation room and feel truly pampered!

In the summer, you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and completely relax in this beautiful luxury chalet. The surroundings of Königsleiten are ideal for leisurely hiking or cycling tours or sporty hikes or mountain bike tours through the mountains. There is also plenty to do for young holidaymakers in the holiday region of the Zillertal, such as the Sparrebos Castle on the Rosenalm. In the evening you can enjoy each other's company on the screened-in terrace where you will find a round bench, a BBQ and an open fire pit.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
