The Chalet Central apartment complex lies in the middle of the cosy mountain village of Königsleiten, at an altitude of about 1,600 metres. The Chalet Central Top 1 apartment is a simple but attractively furnished apartment, and offers the perfect base for your holidays. Due to the extremely central location of the apartment, the supermarket, various restaurants and sports shops are all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 10 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and the seating area can be converted into a two-person sofa bed. You’ll enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in the comfortable bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with double beds and bunk beds, and there is one bedroom with a double bed, plus two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Pets are allowed in the apartment on request and there are two parking spaces reserved for you.

In winter
, the apartment has an ideal location! It is near the practice slope and you can reach the Dorfbahn gondola within two minutes – let the perfect ski/snowboard day begin! With the number of kilometres of slopes and the modern lifts, the Zillertal Arena is ideal for both novices and experts. If you’re looking for something other than skiing or snowboarding, try tobogganing, snowshoe hiking or a sleigh ride to the famous Krimmler waterfalls – there are plenty of winter activities. From 15:00-20:00, you can make free use of the apartment complex’s communal sauna area and relax on your ski holiday.

In summer, Chalet Central Top 1 is the perfect starting point for an active holiday! There are plenty of activities to do in the area. For example, take the lift to the top of the mountain for a long walk with beautiful views or rent a bike and use the more than 325 km-long cycle route network. Climbing the Krimmler waterfalls is also well worth it! Discover the surrounding mountain villages with small shops and museums or enjoy a snack and drink on one of the terraces or in a restaurant. If you are looking to cool down, the reservoir offers a solution with various activities on, around and in the water!

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
