      Description

      This attractive chalet apartment lies at the foot of the mountain range of the Hohe Tauern, in the typical Austrian mountain village of Königsleiten. Because of its central location in the cosy mountain village, you're close to the supermarket, several restaurants and sports shops – all within walking distance and super convenient! From the balcony, you have a magnificent view over the meadow and the beautiful peaks beyond. This apartment is located on the first floor of a larger complex and can accommodate eight people. The living room has a lovely sofa and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment has four bedrooms, so everyone can enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. You can park two cars at the apartment, while pets are allowed on request.

      In winter, you're in close proximity to the nearby ski lift, which will take you to the peaks of one of the best ski regions around. The snow-sure Zillertal Arena ski area with many kilometres of slopes of varying difficulty is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The ski lessons at the Obermosers ski school start on the practice meadow in front of your door. After a day out in the open air, you can relax in the communal sauna room, ensuring you're fully rested for the next day of alpine adventure.

      In summer, it is the ideal starting point for the active holidaymaker. Put on your walking shoes and enjoy easy hikes or a challenging climb. The impressive mountains can also be discovered by bicycle or e-bike, with a cycling network of over 325 kilometres of paths. Take a trip to the Krimmler Falls, the highest stepped waterfall in Europe. Enjoy the action and speed along the Alpine Coaster in Gerlos or take a dip in one of the outdoor pools or in the Durlaßboden reservoir. The Zillertal Arena has a lot to offer!
