The apartment is on the first floor and has room for eight people. The living room has a lovely sofa with further seating, and the kitchen with dining area is equipped with all necessary appliances. There are four comfortable bedrooms in this chalet apartment, all with double beds and TV. There's also parking space for two vehicles, while pets are allowed on request.

In winter, this is the perfect base of operations for a sporting holiday to remember. This apartment is located adjacent to the practice runs, making it ideal for beginners. The Dorfbahn ski lift is within walking distance, so you can start your beautiful skiing day in no time! The Zillertal Arena ski area is versatile, family friendly and snow-sure. There are also plenty of opportunities for other winter activities, such as the toboggan run or a horse-drawn sleigh ride, not to mention the alpine coaster. After an active day outdoors, you can relax in the shared sauna room of the apartment complex.

In summer, you'll love waking up every morning in this spectacular part of Austria. Whether you want to go cycling, hiking or experience a sporting adventure, the Zillertal Arena is the right place for you. Climb the impressive Krimmler waterfalls and savour a truly stunning natural wonder.
