In the cosy mountain village of Königsleiten lies the detached Chalet Duxerblick. This holiday home is equipped for up to 12 people and has no less than five bedrooms and four bathrooms! There are three bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has a bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and a single-person sleeper. The chalet has a classic Austrian interior in which much wood has been used. Plop down in the comfortable seating area by the fireplace or relax after dinner in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily put a delicious meal on the table. After an active day, there is nothing as nice as relaxing your muscles in the sauna. All in all, the Chalet Duxerblick is a cosy and complete chalet!

In winter, you are located in the middle of the vast Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski village of Königsleiten lies at the snow-heavy height of 1600 metres. Within walking distance of the chalet is the ""Eberharter"" ski slope with the tow lift located centrally in the village. The ski schools in the village teach you the latest techniques and organize various ski tours or ski safaris. The cross-country ski trail can be reached with the ""Dorfbahn"" ski lift and starts right next to the mountain station. Finish off a winter sports day in the bustling après-ski of Königsleiten. Once back in the chalet, relax so you’re fit for new winter sports adventures the next day.

In summer, stay in the chalet Duxerblick and experience total relaxation. From the living room, step directly onto the spacious, sunny terrace and balcony. From Königsleiten, you can take beautiful mountain hikes or go up the mountain with the Dorfbahn gondola and take a walk to one of the mountain huts for a delicious lunch! In the village, there are also E-bikes for rent from various sports shops, which makes a cycling trip in the immediate vicinity a bit more relaxed. Alternatively, visit Europe""s highest planetarium on a clear day and see the stars up close—a totally unique experience.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity.
