A stay in this chalet lives up to its name because that is the feeling you get in this beautiful and comfortably furnished house with an ideal location in Königsleiten … Happy! The chalet is equipped with beautiful woodwork which gives the entire house an authentically rustic and sturdy look. You can stay here with eight adults; the sleeping places are spread over two spacious bedrooms and one sleeping area. There is one luxury bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and one bedroom for four people with a double bed and a bunk bed, and you even have your own bathroom with a bath! Such a luxury. On the second floor, there is another sleeping area with two single beds and a third bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor. You can relax in the open living room with its cosy sitting area. In the very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a huge American fridge, you can prepare the most delicious meals. At the large wooden dining table with very comfortable chairs you can unwind after dinner or play a game with the whole family. A stay in chalet Happy is always a party!

In winter, this is the ideal starting point for a glorious winter sports holiday. With a short one-minute walk you are on the slopes and the ski/snowboard fun can begin! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced winter sports enthusiast, the Zillertal Arena offers the right slope for everyone. The extensive ski area is versatile, family-friendly and snow reliable. Children are also considered; they can take lessons from qualified instructors at one of the ski schools. Besides skiing or snowboarding, you can enjoy yourself with a beautiful winter walk or cross-country skiing. How about a tour in a horse-drawn sleigh ride, enjoying the beautiful surroundings? And do not forget to have fun and enjoy the descent of one of the toboggan runs in the area. Enjoy the winter landscape to the fullest!

In summer, Chalet Happy is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable holiday! In addition to numerous impressive cycling and walking routes, the region has much more to offer. For young guests, there are also many activities, such as the Sparrebos Castle on the Rosenalm, or relaxing on the lawn and the playground at Durlaβboden reservoir. Thrill-seekers will love the Arena Coaster, the Arena Skyliner or the Riederklamm climbing garden, with its high climbing course. And how about canyoning or rafting? But a day of relaxing at the chalet or shopping in the nearby villages/towns is also possible. There is a new adventure to be had every day!

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
