You can enjoy luxury and comfort with up to 12 people during your holiday in Chalet Hochland in Königsleiten. Relax in the comfortable seating area by the fireplace and enjoy dinner in the traditional Austrian dining area. From the living room, you have access to the terrace with a cosy sitting area and Hottub. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping areas are divided into five bedrooms and there are three luxurious bathrooms, one of which has a corner bath. For the ultimate relaxation, make use of your own sauna room, with Finnish sauna and sun loungers! The extra kitchen with sitting area on the ground floor is an added bonus. The chalet has one outdoor parking space and there’s space for two cars in the parking garage.

In winter, Chalet Hochland offers the perfect start for a wonderful holiday! After just a five-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at the practice slope where you can ski in any direction in the snow-heavy ski area of the Zillertal Arena. The ski area has kilometres of slopes and is ideal for beginners as well as advanced skiers. Once back in the chalet, you can light the fire and chat comfortably about the winter sports adventures that everyone experienced that day. If you want pure relaxation, hit the sauna before heading to bed and start fresh on the slopes the next day.

In summer, this location feels like a paradise for active vacationers! Follow one of many hiking or cycling routes to explore the beautiful surroundings by climbing or canyoning under the supervision of an experienced guide. There are also many activities for younger guests, such as the climbing garden of Riederklamm with a high ropes course, WasserWunderWelt theme park at the Krimmler waterfalls or a day of water fun at the Durlaβboden reservoir. If you prefer, stay back at the chalet and relax with a good book. Lounge on the sunny terrace with a fireplace and barbecue for a nice snack, and drink and enjoy!

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
