For complete relaxation, there is a wonderful wellness room with a Finnish sauna, bath and shower. Furthermore, Chalet Mariandel features a special energy concept to minimize electro-smog. The Geonado Frequenz-Welle, which balances electromagnetic and geopathic interference zones. These include improved sleep with faster regeneration, more energy and better general well-being, increased concentration and reduced stress and anxiety. In winter, step directly from the terrace into your skis to discover the vast ski area of the Zillertal Arena. The four-mountain ski area, with its kilometres of pistes, is ideal for both beginners and advanced skiers. The two ski schools have experienced and qualified ski instructors who know how to find the best spots and can teach you everything about the latest techniques and styles. A ride on the Arena Coaster or tobogganing on one of the several toboggan runs in the region is also tons of fun. At the end of the day, enjoy the bustling après-ski of Königsleiten or have a bite to eat in a restaurant and then relax in the luxurious holiday home.

In summer, Chalet Mariandel is the ideal starting point for various activities! If you’d like to go hiking or cycling, or experience a sporting adventure, then you are in the right place. You will get to know the Zillertal Arena and its unique mountains through the various outdoor programs and activities. A visit to the Krimmler waterfalls is also worthwhile. Alternatively, spend the day at the Durlasbboden reservoir, where you can practice various water sports such as surfing, rowing and pedal boating. Of course, taking a simple dip is also an option. The children can enjoy themselves in the playground next to the reservoir and you can enjoy a barbecue when dinner rolls around.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas.
