In this luxurious chalet De Graaf you are guaranteed a dream holiday, with enough space to accommodate groups of up to 8 people. This property is furnished in contemporary Austrian style, with top-quality materials used throughout for an attractive finish. Thanks to the full-length windows in the living room, you can take in magnificent views of the meadows and mountain village of Königsleiten. In the living room, you can enjoy warming up after along day around the fireplace, or head into the adjoining kitchen with cooking island to whip up a storm come mealtimes. You can also enjoy access to the large balcony with an adjoining terrace through the double sliding doors.. In the attic, there’s additional seating along with a play area, ideal for the children or if you want to isolate yourself from your travel group. In the four bedrooms, you’ll find a double bed, along with a private bathroom attached to each for maximum luxury. You can also relax in the Finnish sauna with shower. There are also three parking spaces available underneath the chalet, making this property ideal for larger groups.
In winter the vast ski area Zillertal Arena offers winter sports fun for both beginners and advanced skiers alike. The Dorfbahn ski gondola is a 5-minute walk from the chalet, but you can also use the ski bus that stops directly in front of the chalet. The garden of chalet de Gravin and the practice meadow are also excellent for sledging and fun in the snow for the children. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there are many other activities to do in the Zillertal Arena. Enjoy a descent on the toboggan run or slide down the mountain on a tire. Time for après-ski or a snack? In Königsleiten you will find cosy bars and nice restaurants aplenty. After a day in the snow you can store your winter sports equipment in the spacious ski storage of the chalet and you can warm up by a crackling fire in the living room. Or relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna so you are fit again for the next winter sports day.
In summer you can start the day with breakfast on the balcony/terrace with a beautiful view of the green surrounding Alpine meadows. Here you can enjoy the sun on the two-person sofa, relax in the hanging chair or dine in the clean mountain air at the dining table. The children can also enjoy themselves in the chalet's garden. The mountain village is ideal for an active holiday rich in outdoor pursuits There is a large network of walking and cycling routes in the area. A fun route to follow with children is the Jodelwandelweg where you will encounter various yodels along the way. A visit to Europe's highest stepped waterfall is highly recommended. Also, did you know that in summer there are also several adrenalin-filled attractions to do such as the Arena Skyliner zip wire and Arena Coaster summer toboggan run?

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity.
