You are guaranteed to experience a dream holiday in this luxurious 8-person chalet. The chalet is centrally located in the charming mountain village Königsleiten. When you enter this holiday home, you’ll instantly get a sense of true luxury. The high ceilings give a spacious feeling and a luxurious, modern Austrian interior with lots of wood and high-quality materials has been selected. The living room has a spacious sitting area with fireplace and an adjacent open kitchen with cooking island. The loft is furnished as play-relax space, ideal for the little ones or if you want to isolate yourself from your travel group. From the living room you through the large glass windows and from the spacious balcony with adjacent terrace a beautiful view of the meadow with the beautiful surrounding mountain peaks can be enjoyed. In winter this is the central practice meadow with a drag lift and in summer a place where the cows graze. The four double bedrooms all have their own bathroom. In addition, the chalet has a Finnish sauna and shower, allowing you to bathe in luxury! Three cars can be parked in the garage under the chalet, making it ideal for large groups.
In winter you can look forward to versatile and beautiful snow adventures on the vast ski slopes of the Zillertal Arena. The ski area is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. On the practice meadow, which you can walk onto from the chalet, you will learn the basics and the experienced skiers can jump straight into it. The Dorfbahn ski gondola is a 5-minute walk from the chalet, but you can also use the ski bus that stops directly in front of the chalet. The garden of chalet de Gravin and the practice meadow are also excellent for sledging and fun in the snow for the children. Of course, the après-ski should not be missed. Königsleiten also has a lot to offer in this respect. Then relax and warm up by the fireplace and relax in this luxurious, comfortable chalet so you can get rejuvenated ahead of another day on the slopes.
In summer, you can start the day on the large balcony with adjacent terrace and soak up a beautiful view of the green surrounding Alpine meadows. Here you can enjoy the sun on the two-person sofa, relax in the hanging chair or dine in the clean mountain air at the dining table. The children can also enjoy themselves in the chalet's garden. The sunny Königsleiten offers summer guests something for everyone. For example, take the lift to the top of the mountain for a beautiful walk or visit the Krimmler waterfalls. Besides the many hiking trails, there is also a wide range of cycling trails on which you can discover the beautiful mountainous surroundings of the Zillertal Arena. And did you know that in summer there are also various attractions to do such as a zipwire and summer tobogganing?
