The other bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. Delicious meals can be prepared in the spacious, modern kitchen and enjoyed in the typical Austrian dining area. Sink into the comfortable sitting area and relax, or step onto the terrace from the living room. In winter, you can start your sports adventures directly from your apartment, with the slopes and the Dorfbahn ski lift located right behind the ski-in, ski-out apartment complex. You're right in the heart of the Zillertal Arena ski area, a snow-sure destination that's popular with ski lovers. The ski school is within walking distance, ideal for children or novices keen to learn the ropes. After a long day working up an appetite, you've plenty to pick from when it comes to restaurant dining in the area.

In summer, the Dorfbahn ski lift is open daily from mid-June to early September and takes you to an altitude of 2,200 metres, where you can embark upon walks through the high Alpine meadows. The Durlaβboden reservoir offers hours of water fun, whether you're looking to simply swim or enjoy exciting activities such as surfing, rowing or sailing. Children can let off steam on the playground next to the reservoir, while you're also free to fire up a barbecue for an outdoor feast to close the day. Are you looking for a relaxing summer day? Then enjoy yourself in the relaxing Fatboy hammock. With all this and more to enjoy in Königsleiten, you'll want to come back again and again.
