Moreover, the Edelweisshaus has a wellness area with a herbal sauna and a Finnish sauna that you can use for free, so opportunities for relaxation abound!
In the winter you can almost see the mountain directly from the apartment! The slopes of the Zillertal Arena ski area and the Dorfbahn ski lift are located behind the ski-in, ski-out apartment complex. There are ski slopes for every level, beginners can learn the techniques on the practice meadow in the village and the seasoned winter sports enthusiast will love exhilaratingly beautiful day trips. And there is plenty to enjoy for the less fanatical winter sports enthusiasts! Take a horse-drawn sleigh ride to the Krimmler waterfalls or party in the après-ski in one of the many cosy mountain huts. At the end of the day, you can all relax in the apartment so that you are refreshed and ready for new winter sports adventures the next day.
In the summer, start the day with breakfast on the sunny terrace, while enjoying the magnificent views. Then follow a beautiful hiking trail through the high alpine meadows, because the mountain lift takes you up the mountain even in the summer! Or let the adrenaline flow through your veins by taking a ride on the Arena Coaster summer toboggan run. During a warm summer's day, the Durlaßboden reservoir is the perfect place to picnic, there are various water sports opportunities on the lake, a playground for young children and you can have a nice barbecue!
