This stunning apartment offers guests a real sense of luxury, with a spacious interior that's large enough for up to 8 people to enjoy a stay comfortably. The apartment is part of the Edelweisshaus, a complex that is located at a high altitude so it offers a beautiful view over the mountain village of Königsleiten. Upon entering you enter a cloakroom, which follows into the luxurious kitchen. The dining area contains a cosy dining nook, while the sitting area is ideal for kicking back and relaxing when you're home from a day out exploring and adventuring. The living room and three of the bedrooms boast direct access to the balcony/terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds and a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite. There is also a spacious bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and double sink. For the ultimate in relaxation, you can make use of the shared wellness area of the apartment complex, with highlights including a herbal and Finnish sauna.

In winter you are in the middle of the vast ski area the Zillertal Arena. From the ski-in, ski-out apartment you step directly on the slopes behind the complex. The Dorfbahn ski lift and ski school are located near the apartment. The ski area not only offers hours of entertainment for the avid winter sportsman, but there's also plenty more to be enjoyed for those looking for an alternative to skiing. Take a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride to the Krimmler waterfalls, or brave a ride on the toboggan run. Once you're done pushing your adrenaline levels to the limit, head into the bustling après-ski of Königsleiten. Come the end of the day, this luxurious apartment is the ideal retreat for a good night's rest so you can fully rejuvenate for another day of winter sports enjoyment.

In summer you can enjoy the surroundings of Königsleiten at your own pace. You start the day with a delicious breakfast cooked fresh in the fully equipped kitchen, before heading out to see what the great outdoors has in store for you. The Jodelwandeling is a must for those after an authentic Austrian adventure, with plenty of opportunities to hone your yodelling skills while you're at it. The Krimmler waterfalls are also crying out for a visit, with some of the most spectacular natural scenery you'll have seen in a long while.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
