The spacious Top 13 apartment is part of the Edelweisshaus in Königsleiten, situated in a beautiful location high in the village. There is room for up to eight people in this holiday home, accommodated in four bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a spacious dining table. You can relax in the comfortable sitting area and you have access to the terrace from the living room. There is also a large terrace/balcony accessible from the sleeping areas. If you want even more ways to relax, the shared wellness area of the apartment complex offers pure relaxation, with a Finnish sauna and herbal sauna that you can use free of charge.

In winter, both seasoned and novice skiers can enjoy themselves from apartment Top 13! The piste and Dorfbahn ski lift of the Zillertal Arena ski area are directly behind the apartment complex, making this a real ski-in, ski-out apartment. Cross-country skiers can use this ski lift to reach the snow-heavy, high-altitude trail that starts right next to the mountain station. Do you want to try something different? Visit Europe's highest planetarium during your winter sports holiday and view the stars up close for an unforgettable experience! After a long day, relax in the communal sauna or grab a drink and a bite to eat in one of the restaurants in the village.

In summer, you’ll experience a versatile holiday from Edelweisshaus Top 13. In the morning, walk out onto the terrace/balcony from your bedroom – you’ll have to pinch yourself to make sure you aren’t dreaming. Once you venture outdoors, you’ll find there are plenty of activities to do in the area; hike or cycle on the clearly marked routes through the beautiful mountain scenery, visit the Krimmler waterfalls with the adjacent WasserWunderWelt children's theme park or spend the day at the Durlaβboden reservoir, where you can enjoy a number of different water sports or activities. There is something for everyone!

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
