The attractively furnished Top 2 apartment is part of the Edelweisshaus apartment complex and stands in a beautiful location, high in Königsleiten. The apartment’s seating area invites you to relax, while you can share a meal or play a game in the traditional Austrian dining area. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped and you have access to the terrace from the living room. There is room for up to six people, divided into two bedrooms. One bedroom has a box spring double bed and a bunk bed, and the second bedroom has a box spring double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. For the ultimate in relaxation, you can make use of the shared wellness area with a Finnish and herbal sauna – what a luxury.

In winter, this apartment has everything you need for a wonderful sports holiday. You can start your adventures directly from the apartment. In fact, the piste and the Dorfbahn ski lift of the Zillertal Arena ski area are located behind the ski-in, ski-out apartment complex! Here, both seasoned and novice skiers can enjoy themselves for hours on the freshly prepared pistes. After a long day on the slopes, try a delicious Austrian meal in one of the restaurants, and visit one of the après-ski venues. Then, relax in the communal sauna so that you are fit for the next day.

In summer, you will experience an unforgettable summer holiday from Edelweisshaus Top 2. Whether you like an active holiday, seek out nature and peace or are travelling with the children, there is something for everyone! The Yodel Walk, for example, will certainly remain in your memory. During this walk, you will hear various traditional yodels, which you can try. You can also follow the route under the supervision of a guide, who will teach you all the tricks of yodelling. Sports enthusiasts can go mountain biking or hiking, or take it to the next level and dare to take a climbing or canyoning tour! For children, there are several playgrounds in the area or they can visit the WasserWunderWelt theme park at the Krimmler waterfalls – two amazing experiences in one place!

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
