In the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily put together a delicious meal that you can enjoy at the modern Austrian dining table. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a TV where you can relax. From the living room, you can step right out onto the balcony for a beautiful view over Königsleiten. The sleeping areas are divided into three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite with a shower, sink and toilet, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom en-suite with a shower and sink. The apartment complex also has a shared wellness area which you can use free of charge. There is nothing better than relaxing your muscles in a herbal or Finnish sauna after a day in the Austrian outdoors.

In winter, Königsleiten is a true winter paradise! The piste and the Dorfbahn ski lift run directly behind the apartment building, which means you can start your winter sports adventures right from the apartment—truly a ski-in, ski-out experience! The ski lift takes you high into the Zillertal Arena ski area with many kilometres of freshly groomed slopes. Cross-country skiers can begin on the high trail right next to the mountain station. The ski school is also within walking distance of the apartment and the practice slope is in the village centre, as are the many restaurants and cosy après-ski. The saunas at the Edelweisshaus offer relaxation after intensive winter sports.

In summer, staying in this luxury apartment is a great experience—you’ll never get bored of the grandiose mountain landscape around you. Trace various routes that have been mapped out in the area or make an intensive mountain bike tour through the mountains. You can also go climbing or canyoning under supervision. On a hot summer's day, the Durlabaut reservoir offers a place to cool off. You can relax on the grass while the children play in the playground next to the lake or practice one of the various water sports—think surfing, stand-up paddling, rowing or pedal boating!

Look forward to a spectacular summer holiday in Königsleiten

The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring. Young and old can look forward to all manner of exciting activities and excursions when visiting Königsleiten, with no moment having to go to waste.
