Description

In the charming mountain village of Königsleiten is the beautiful Edelweisshaus located. Apartment Top 7 is part of this luxury apartment complex and is equipped for up to 4 people. In the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily put together a delicious meal that you can enjoy at the modern Austrian dining table. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a TV where you can relax. From the living room, you can step right out onto the balcony for a beautiful view over Königsleiten. The sleeping areas are divided into two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is nothing better than relaxing your muscles in a herbal or Finnish sauna after a day in the Austrian outdoors.

In winter, Königsleiten is a true winter paradise! The piste and the Dorfbahn ski lift run directly behind the apartment building, which means you can start your winter sports adventures right from the apartment—truly a ski-in, ski-out experience! The ski lift takes you high into the Zillertal Arena ski area with many kilometres of freshly groomed slopes. Cross-country skiers can begin on the high trail right next to the mountain station. The ski school is also within walking distance of the apartment and the practice slope is in the village centre, as are the many restaurants and cosy après-ski. The saunas at the Edelweisshaus offer relaxation after intensive winter sports.

In summer, staying in this luxury apartment is a great experience—you’ll never get bored of the grandiose mountain landscape around you. Trace various routes that have been mapped out in the area or make an intensive mountain bike tour through the mountains. You can also go climbing or canyoning under supervision. On a hot summer's day, the Durlabaut reservoir offers a place to cool off. You can relax on the grass while the children play in the playground next to the lake or practice one of the various water sports—think surfing, stand-up paddling, rowing or pedal boating!
