The luxury apartments of Edelweisshaus are in a beautiful location, high in the well-known Austrian village of Königsleiten. Apartment Top 8 is attractively furnished and is suitable for up to eight people. The living room of the apartment is the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, while the seating area invites you to put your feet up. You""ll have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks from the terraces. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, and a further two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single-person sleeper. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and sink. There is also a shared wellness area with a Finnish and herbal sauna that you can use free of charge. Two cars can be parked in the garage under the apartment building.

In winter, the Zillertal Arena ski area lends itself to hours of winter sports fun. From the ski-in, ski-out apartment, you’ll walk out onto the track that runs behind the complex. The Dorfbahn ski lift and the ski school are near the apartment. Besides many kilometres of slopes, this versatile ski area also offers other winter activities – take a ride on a toboggan run or hop into a horse-drawn sleigh and take a romantic trip to the Krimmler waterfalls. The cosy winter sports village is full of tasty restaurants and après-ski bars to enjoy before closing out a long winter day.

In summer, start the day with an unforgettable view when you walk out onto the balcony of your bedroom – you’ll have to pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming! When you finally head outdoors, you’ll find there is a lot to discover in the vicinity of Königsleiten. Nature lovers can explore the beautiful area on the clearly marked hiking or cycling routes, while sports enthusiasts and thrill seekers can go climbing or canyoning under supervision. The children can enjoy themselves in one of the many playgrounds and swimming lakes in the area. For a memorable experience, visit the highest planetarium in Europe on a clear day, where you can get to know the stars better and have a closer look at them!

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
