This spacious apartment is an ideal place to make your base during your stay in this part of Austria, with ample space to accommodate groups of up to 9 people. This apartment is part of the Edelweisshaus complex in a beautiful location, high in the mountain village Königsleiten. From the balcony and terrace you have a magnificent view of the surroundings. The beds are divided into three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while a second has a double bed and a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a double bed, with an additional single bed above. You'll find plenty of reasons to relax when you stay here, with comfy seating in the living room and a luxurious shared wellness centre. You've also got the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy, with a spacious dining area so you can gather round come mealtimes.

In winter, facilities such as the ski lift and ski school are within walking distance. From the apartment complex, you step onto the slopes, meaning this is a real ski-in and ski-out place. You are surrounded by the vast ski area the Zillertal Arena where both novice and experienced skiers can enjoy themselves for hours. After a long day in the snow you can relax in the herbal or Finnish sauna of the shared wellness area or enjoy all the comfort that the apartment has to offer. All in all, you'll have no trouble getting rested up for another day of winter sports adventure.

In summer, there are few better ways to start the day than by kicking off with a delicious breakfast on the terrace as you savour the scenery. When you're ready to venture out, the options are endless. The lift is operational in summer, ready and waiting to take you into the mountains where you can walk through Alpine meadows. You can also choose to follow the Jodelwandeling, a wholly authentic Austrian adventure where your yodelling skills will be put to the test. For sports enthusiasts, there are many mountain bike routes mapped out, while canyoning and climbing activities are also an option. For something more sedate, wander into the charming village centre of Königsleiten and idle away the afternoon.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
