Description

Summer 2024, the living room and small bedroom will be renovated. What a beautiful view you""ll have from this apartment! Because of its location at an altitude of 1,600 metres, on the edge of the mountain village of Königsleiten, you’ll look out over the village and the valley. The apartment is on the ground floor of the complex and is equipped for up to eight people (max. 6 adults). The living room has a comfortable couch and a traditional Austrian dining area to enjoy with family or friends. From the living room, step onto the spacious, sunny terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare a nice meal. If you prefer not to cook, enjoy a bite to eat in one of the restaurants in the village. There are three bedrooms in the apartment: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. One of the two bathrooms is fitted with a bath. At Haus Amelie Top 2, there’s so much to enjoy during the holidays!

In winter, the apartment is an ideal location for a wonderful winter sports holiday! You can even see the Dorfbahn gondola from the apartment. Not only is the gondola close, but the ski slope is also within walking distance. How perfect! The gondola takes you high in the Zillertal Arena – a large and varied ski area. The altitude trail for cross-country skiing enthusiasts starts next to the mountain station. Novice skiers and snowboarders can start with lessons from one of the two ski schools or ride with the children on the practice slope in the village. At the end of the day, enjoy the après-ski in the village before you return to the apartment to rest for the next day.

In summer, you have a lovely large terrace at your disposal! Imagine having breakfast outside every morning with a view of a beautiful mountain panorama – who wouldn’t love that? From Königsleiten, you can take various walks, or step into the Dorfbahn gondola that goes high up in the mountains, to walk through the Alpine meadows. On a clear day, a visit to the Königsleiten planetarium is absolutely worthwhile – you""ll get to know the stars better and see them up close in Europe""s highest observatory.
