Apartment complex 'Am Edelweissanger', home to apartment Haus Dana top 23, is located at an altitude of 1650 metres in the mountain village of Königsleiten. This modern and practically furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and has a private terrace facing south that offers a fantastic view. Spacious and accommodating, the apartment can house up to 6 adults and 2 children on a wonderful holiday getaway. Relax in the living room or enjoy a meal in the kitchen's dining area. Ideal for a holiday with a large group, the dining room table is extendable so you can accommodate all your guests! You will also get a good night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms; two bedrooms have a double bed and the family bedroom consists of a double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed. After an active day in the mountains, the sauna is will be your sanctuary to relax your muscles. Two cars can be parked in the underground car park and facilities such as a supermarket and restaurants are all within walking distance of the apartment.

In winter, you will be perfectly situated in this ski-in apartment! Located above the ski gondola, you'll be at the top of the ski area of the Zillertal Arena in no time. And after a wonderful ski tour, you'll ski straight back to the apartment. Winter athletes and enthusiasts can take day trips in the vast Zillertal Arena and novice winter athletes can master their techniques on the practice meadow in the popular winter sports village. Winter activities besides skiing are also possible here – think of a romantic sleigh ride, snow tubing or tobogganing, for example!

In summer, you can relax on the spacious, sunny terrace (35 m2), where you’ll find a large dining table and a spacious lounge corner sofa. The apartment is located on a dead-end road, so there is no through traffic, which is ideal for a holiday with young children. The beautiful mountain landscape of Austria lends itself perfectly for beautiful hikes (with the dog) or active mountain bike rides. Are you looking for a unique outing? In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas.
