This attractive 4-bedroom holiday home is located on the edge of Königsleiten. Due to its unique location, the modern interior and the beautiful view over the mountain peaks, it’s easy to enjoy a relaxing stay in this two-under-one-roof chalet - what more could you ask for? In the spacious, comfortable seating area, you can relax completely or play a game after a tasty meal prepared in the chalet's fully-equipped kitchen. Haus Märchenwald offers space for up to 8 people and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed and one (kids)bedroom with a double bed, where headroom is limited. Furthermore, you will find one large bathroom and one smaller bathroom and one separate toilet. Your car can also be parked in the carport, which offers space for two vehicles right outside the door.
In winter, this is the perfect starting point to ski or snowboard to your heart's content in the snow-heavy Zillertal Arena ski area. For both beginners and advanced skiers, this vast ski area is perfect and features various modern ski lifts. The ski lessons from the 'Unterwurzacher' ski school also start practically at your doorstep. Experience a whole lot of fun while cruising down a toboggan run or gliding down the mountain on a tyre with snow tubing. If you’re looking for something other than winter sports, hop on a horse-drawn sleigh and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or take a winter walk through the beautiful winter landscape for pure enjoyment!
In summer, start the day relaxing on the lovely sunny terrace or balcony before heading out. For hikers and cyclists, this is an ideal location. From Königsleiten, there are several hiking trails along the breathtaking peaks and the opportunity to explore the area by bike. You can also take a dip in one of the many natural lakes or visit the Krimml Waterfalls. Children will also have a blast in the area. For example, they’ll love a visit to the Sparreboskasteel, the adventure farm and slides. For action and adventure, the Action Mountain Penken in Mayrhofen is also worth a visit.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity.
