In the middle of the Zillertal Arena lies the spacious, beautifully furnished holiday apartment. The semi-detached holiday home is centrally located in the Austrian village of Königsleiten. From the spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area and cosy fireplace, you have access to the sunny terrace. In the spacious open kitchen, you can cook up a storm before gathering around the dining table for hearty meals. This property is ideally suited for groups comprised of 8 adults and two children, with sleeping arrangements split across four spacious bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an additional trundle bed, plus a fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed. The large bathroom features an impressive corner bath, separate shower and two sinks. There's also a second bathroom with a shower and sink. Nearby parking is also provided, with covered parking spaces for two vehicles.

In winter this is the perfect starting point for a dream winter sports holiday. The slopes are just a short stroll away, with plenty on offer for ski enthusiasts and snowboarders. The Zillertal Arena is a versatile ski space, with a family-friendly atmosphere that caters to everyone from the complete novice to expert skiers. What's more, this snow-sure ski area ensures plenty of snow coverage in peak months. Children are also well-served here, with lessons available from qualified instructors at many ski schools. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, you can also enjoy the toboggan run, and cross-country skiing is also possible.

In summer this property provides you with an ideal base for an unforgettable holiday. You'll find numerous walking routes and cycle paths meandering through the impressive landscape, and high-octane pursuits aplenty. Make sure the Arena Coaster, the Arena Skyliner and the Riederklam climbing garden are all essential places to see on your schedule. You can also try your hand at canoeing and rafting while you're in town. Other exciting attractions for younger visitors include Sparrebos Castle on the Rosenalm, not to mention the playground at Durlaβboden Reservoir. With so much to do, you'll never be bored here.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here.
