In the cosy mountain village of Königsleiten, you'll find the perfect place to make your base in this stunning chalet apartment. This apartment is beautifully furnished with classic Austrian finishes and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. In the living room, there are two single sofa beds, a typical Austrian dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare tasty meals. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. The apartment has one bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a private south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings and savour some superb views whenever the mood takes you.
In winter it's only a short walk to the Märchenwiese piste from the apartment. From here you can ski down and over a bridge to the Gerlosplatte. The Gerlosplatte is part of the large ski area called Zillertal Arena. In Königsleiten, there are two ski schools with experienced ski and snowboard teachers. There are also ski tours and ski safaris organized for all proficiency levels. Every winter sports fan will find something to their liking in the beautiful Austrian ski village of Köngisleiten. After an action-packed day on the slopes, you can also go tobogganing on the impressive 1-kilometre toboggan run. There's plenty for everyone to enjoy here, making it a dream destination for all ages.
In summer, this apartment is a wonderful place to stay if you're after real relaxation, while also offering you an ideal starting point for outdoor adventure. At many sports shops in Königsleiten, you can rent an e-bike and explore the mountains with ease. The Zillertaler cycling maps offer an overview of the best cycling routes in this area. Walkers also enjoy many beautiful, marked trails. A visit to the Krimmler Waterfalls is also highly recommended, where you can simply watch the natural spectacle in awe, or ascend the adjacent footpath for a close-up inspection. On the way, take a break at one of several mountain huts and indulge your appetite with typical Austrian delicacies before heading back out to explore.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here.
