This modern holiday home has room for up to 8 people, with sleeping arrangements spread across four bedrooms, all with a comfortable double bed. The sleeping loft is ideal for 2 kids. There are two bathrooms, one even has a bath, what a luxury! The sitting area invites you to relax by the fireplace and it's easy to cook up delicious dishes throughout your stay in the fully equipped kitchen. In winter, you'll find all the facilities within walking distance. From the chalet, you walk straight onto the practice meadow and enjoy easy access via lift. Alternatively, walk a little further to find the gondola ski lift that will transport you to the snow-sure ski area of Zillertal Arena. You'll find a selection of blue, red and black slopes that are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of varying experience. Even the less daring have plenty to enjoy here, while the toboggan run offers a terrific alternative to the standard slats.

In summer, Königsleiten has plenty to offer, with its many bike paths and hiking trails. Take the Dorfbahn cable car high into the mountains and enjoy memorable walks in the Alpine meadows. You'll find many enchanting attractions in the region, including the Sparrebos castle that's perfect for days out with kids, as well as the WasserWunderWelt theme park and adjoining Krimmler waterfalls. This corner of Austria is also a popular choice for those looking to go canyoning, with action-packed adventures ready and waiting to be experienced.

Look forward to a spectacular summer holiday in Königsleiten

The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring. Young and old can look forward to all manner of exciting activities and excursions when visiting Königsleiten, with no moment having to go to waste.
