From the living room, youl'll also have direct access to the balcony. You’re certain to have a wonderful night's sleep in the bedroom, which comes furnished with a double bed. The other room has a bunk bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily whip up tasty meals and enjoy them in the typical Austrian-style dining area. If you prefer to eat somewhere else, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the apartment! In addition, one car can be parked in the garage of the apartment complex.

In winter, this is a perfect location for those seeking an enjoyable winter sports holiday. Opposite the apartment is the Dorfbahn, a gondola that can take you high in the Zillertal Arena. The large ski area is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. Fanatical winter sports enthusiasts can take long day trips to Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. Afterwards, you can enjoy a drink at one of the après-ski huts located just opposite the apartment—what more could you ask for? After a day in the snow, store your winter sports equipment in the shared ski storage at the apartment complex.

In summer, start the day out by enjoying a good breakfast with a nice cup of coffee or tea on the balcony. For the active holidaymaker, there is always something to do in this beautiful environment. Zillertal is one of the most diverse hiking destinations in Austria. You can go on your own, but you can also travel under the supervision of an experienced guide if you prefer. Alternatively, you can rent mountain bikes in the village and enjoy a day exploring forest paths and steep slopes. If you want to take a refreshing dip in the water, the lower reservoir is ideal. There, you can also paddle and fish, or simply enjoy the sun and a nice barbecue. On clear days, a visit to Europe's highest planetarium is great fun. You can learn about stars, and you can even see them up close!
