Hochleger am Anger 10 is a two-room flat for 6 people and is located in an apartment complex located right by the mountain lift, high in the popular village of Königsleiten and overlooks the beautiful mountains. The in 2024 completely renovated appartment is fully equipped. The living room is tastefully decorated using old wooden walls, warm lighting and typical Austrian furnishings including a cosy seating area. The living room has a comfortable (sleeping) couch with a fully integrated mattress. From the living room you have access to the south-facing balcony. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. The open-plan kitchen has modern appliances including an oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. Prefer to eat out? There are several restaurants within walking distance of the apartment! And by using the bread service, fresh rolls will be waiting for you at your door in the morning. In the dining area, immerse yourself in relaxed atmospheres, with space for a cosy board game, a nice breakfast or a pleasant dinner. Easily park your car in the allocated covered parking space.
In winter, the location of Hochleger am Anger 10 is exactly why you want to book this apartment, because it is directly opposite the Dorfbahn ski gondola! So you can go straight up the mountain in the morning to master the many kilometres of slopes of the Zillertal Arena ski area. Whether you are a beginner or advanced winter sports enthusiast, the Zillertal Arena offers the right facilities for every level. Practice on the nursery slope in the village centre before going up the mountain, or go on a wonderful day trip. There are also plenty of alternative winter activities to do, such as snow tubing, where you whiz down the track on a tire! Or take a romantic sleigh ride to the Krimmler waterfalls. After a winter's day, it's time for a nightcap in the bustling après-ski of Königsleiten before you snuggle up in the apartment. Then, after a good night's sleep, you can wake refreshed and ready for a new winter sports day.
In the summer, Königsleiten is a wonderful starting point for your holiday. Several beautiful hiking trails start to explore the mountainous area. Let the mountain gondola take you high into the Alpine meadows, where you can take lovely Alpine walks. Or rent an E-(mountain) bike and brave the marked cycle routes through narrow forest paths for the real adventurer or wider asphalt routes for a more relaxed trip. The Durlaβboden reservoir offers water fun for all ages. Take a cooling dip, or go surfing, sailing or rowing! There are several barbecue areas around the lake where you can end the day with a delicious BBQ. A visit to the impressive Krimmler waterfalls should not be missed during your holiday. Or challenge yourself in the high ropes course high in the mountain peaks in Gerlos. In other words, you won't be bored for a second during your holiday in Austria.
