The apartment is located right in the centre of the picturesque village of Konigsleiten with the supermarket a stone""s throw away. And from both balconies, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountain peaks, and you can enjoy the sun all day long, what a treat! The apartment can accommodate eight people and has three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a lovely double bed, and one bedroom has a bunk bed. You can find the last sleeping places in the living room on the comfortable sofa beds. The open living room with a fully equipped kitchen and typical Austrian dining area feels warm and cosy, the perfect place to chat in the evening or play a fun game. In winter, the Königsblick Top 4 apartment offers the perfect start to a glorious winter sports day! Just outside the apartment, you tie the slats and you are gone, what a luxury! The Zillertal Arena ski area is ideal for both beginners and advanced skiers because of the many kilometres. And besides skiing or snowboarding, there are lots of super fun activities you can undertake. Enjoy the beautiful landscape on a horse-drawn sleigh ride, go on beautiful hikes through the snowy mountains, or whiz down the mountain on the toboggan run in Hochkrimml. Plenty of choice for every winter day!
In summer, this is an ideal place to relax. Start the day well, enjoy a delicious breakfast on one of the two sunny balconies and breathe in the fresh, healthy mountain air! Afterwards, numerous excursions are possible. Active holidaymakers are in paradise! Follow one of many walking or cycling routes to explore the beautiful surroundings. For those who like more of a challenge, try climbing or canyoning with the support of an experienced guide. For young guests, there are also many activities, such as the climbing garden Riederklamm with the high ropes course, the ""WasserWunderWelt"" theme park, the Krimmler waterfalls or a day of fun in the water at the Durlaβboden reservoir. Or just hang around the apartment with a good book, nothing is mandatory, and everything is allowed!
