The Königsblick Top 6 apartment has modern furnishings and, as the name suggests, is located in the popular mountain village of Königsleiten. With a bedroom with a double bed and two single bed sleepers, there is plenty of room for four people. The living room has a cosy, comfortable seating area with access to the south-facing balcony and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a typical Austrian dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can put together a delicious meal in no time. The supermarket is within walking distance, but if you prefer to eat out you will find plenty of Austrian restaurants in the quaint mountain village.
In Winter Königsleiten is a very popular winter sports destination! The Dorfbahn ski lift takes you high into the vast ski area of the Zillertal Arena. Novice winter sports enthusiasts can master the techniques on the practice slope complete with ski lift (and ski school!), while experienced winter sports enthusiast can make a wonderful day trip to Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. If you prefer a slightly less active winter sports holiday, there are plenty of options. Take a romantic trip in a horse-drawn sleigh to the Krimmler waterfalls, ride a toboggan run or enjoy the beautiful winter landscape from the terrace of a mountain hut - all the while enjoying one of the many Austrian delicacies.
In the summer there is plenty to do in the region. From Königsleiten you can follow several trails for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The adventure trail is a must for the whole family, an interactive route that teaches you about nature. Or rent a mountain bike for sporting trips or an e-bike for a relaxed ride. Fancy a family day out with the kids? They will amuse themselves for hours in the Sparrebos castle on the Rosenalm near Zell am Ziller. All ages will find plenty to enjoy in this park

The ski school has experienced and qualified ski instructors who always know where to find the nicest places of the ski area. There are varies possibilities for both the beginning as the more experienced skier/snowboarder. You can choose between group lessons or private lessons, however, you can also come with the entire family.
