Märchenblick 2 is a wonderfully spacious and comfortably furnished chalet with a unique location that's directly on Märchenwiese. From the sunny terrace, there's a magnificent view over part of Königsleiten, as well as fascinating peaks that provide pure enjoyment! You can comfortably stay in this holiday home with up to 11 people. Relax by the fireplace inside the sitting area, or have a cosy dinner in a traditional Austrian-style dining area that's next to an open kitchen. The chalet has a total of five spacious bedrooms. Four bedrooms have a double bed, and the fifth bedroom has a double bed and a one-person bunk bed. After an active day in the open air, you can fully recharge yourself inside the sauna. Under the chalet is a parking garage, where you can park up to four cars.

In winter, you won’t want to stay anywhere else! From the terrace, you'll be right on the slopes, so you can ski or snowboard to your heart's content in the snow-heavy skiing area at Zillertal Arena. This vast ski area is for beginners and advanced athletes. Ski lessons from the ski school at Unterwurzacher are offered at your doorstep. What more could you want? Wake up early for some morning skiing, or you can hit the slopes a little later and enjoy some moonlight skiing. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there are plenty of other activities to do in the area as well. Think of all the fun you can have tobogganing, snow tubing, or enjoying beautiful surroundings on a sleigh trip. Take a wonderful winter walk or skate around on some natural ice for a true winter experience!

In summer, you can enjoy the peaceful environment around you. For hikers and cyclists, this is an ideal destination. From Königsleiten, there are several hiking trails, including Jodel Wandelweg. In addition to the many different walking and hiking routes, you can also ride a bike and explore the area. For kids, the region also has something special to offer. Take a visit to the Arena Coaster or the Sparreboskasteel for a day of fun. For real thrill seekers, the Pipeliner and the Arena Skyliner are also nearby.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring. Young and old can look forward to all manner of exciting activities and excursions when visiting Königsleiten, with no moment having to go to waste.
