Description
This semi-detached house is centrally located in Königsleiten, in the immediate vicinity of restaurants and the supermarket. The large terrace is sunny and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks. In the chalet, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with up to 11 people. The cosy living room has a small sitting area, a kitchen with all amenities and a cosy, traditional Austrian dining area. There are five bedrooms in total: three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and one bedroom with two bunk beds. In Pim's Alm Hütte, you can literally bathe in luxury by relaxing your muscles in the Finnish sauna or drawing a warm bath.
In winter, reach the sports shop and the adjacent ski school via the staircase that runs past the house. Novice skiers can start with lessons at the ski school on the village’s central practice slope. Those who want to defy the many kilometres of piste of the vast Zillertal Arena ski area can step into the Dorfbahn Königsleiten ski gondola that takes you high into the ski area. The altitude trail starts right next to the mountain station and a beautiful cross-country ski tour can be taken. At the end of the day, enjoy the lively après-ski and then warm up in the sauna to be fit for new winter sports adventures the next day!
In summer, there is a large and varied range of activities in the region for youngsters. Königsleiten is a good starting point for relaxing walks through the valley and challenging hiking tours in the high mountains. The Jodelwanderweg is nice to do with the children, and on the way, you can find simple, traditional yodels to sing – yodelling courses are even given! If you prefer more action, try the summer toboggan run or whiz through the air at the Arena Skyliner. Everything for a relaxing but also adventurous holiday is present in the surroundings of Königsleiten.
