This property is within close proximity to the Zillertal Arena, with ski bus stops within walking distance so you can hop on board and venture to the likes of the Märchenwiese descent and the Sonnwendkopfbahn ski lift. This lift takes you to freshly prepared slopes of a versatile ski area that's an essential destination for skiers of all ages and experience. If you're after a challenge, you can travel from Königsleiten all the way to Zell am Ziller via ski or snowboard. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a little relaxation in the lively après-ski or unwind on your own terrace.
In summer you can start the day off with an al fresco breakfast on the terrace before heading out to explore. Many hiking trails can be found within close proximity to the apartment, with Königsleiten and its surroundings providing plenty for the outdoor enthusiast. The Dorfbahn gondola lift is open during the summer months, providing you with an easy way to reach more impressive altitudes. Do you like mountain biking? The Zillertal Arena has specially constructed mountain bike trails ranging from simple to intensive levels of difficulty! Mountain bikes can be rented at several locations in Königsleiten.
