This charming apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful mountain village of Königsleiten. With plenty of room, it can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The apartment has a cosy living room with a traditional Austrian-style dining area, as well as a comfortable sitting area and sofa. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare tasty meals any time of the day. Inside the two comfy bedrooms, you can count on a great night's sleep. The two bedrooms each offer a double bed and a luxurious fold-up, single-person sleeper. After a busy day, you can also enjoy a long soak in the generously proportioned bathroom, which comes complete with a bath. From the living area, you can access the outdoor terrace. The terrace faces south, which means you'll be able to soak in the most sun while also enjoying premier views, all year round.

In winter, the apartment offers the perfect base for a wonderful winter sports holiday. The snow-sure and extensive ski area of Zillertal Arena has many kilometres of slopes, for both seasoned and novice skiers. Not a big fan of skiing or snowboarding? There are many other winter activities to enjoy! Take a ride on the Königsleiten toboggan run for a real adrenaline kick, or enjoy a relaxing winter walk around breath-taking surroundings. Are you in a romantic mood? Then step into a sleigh and make a trip to the Krimmler waterfalls, which is sure to be an unforgettable experience. If you're keen to savour some delicious Austrian cuisine, Königsleiten has plenty of fine restaurants and traditional après-ski huts that can satiate your cravings.

In summer, you can truly relax in this apartment. In the morning, before pulling on your hiking boots and setting out for a day of adventure, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the spacious terrace. Zillertal is one of the most diverse walking destinations in the world. Here, you can enjoy memorable day trips along mountain paths and meadows, and enjoy its many spectacular natural surroundings. There are also plenty of opportunities for cyclists and mountain bikers around the village of Königsleiten. At one of the many sports shops in the village, you can rent mountain bikes, or opt for an e-bike, and explore the mountains in comfort.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. The Austrian town of Königsleiten is one of the most central municipalities in the Zillertal Arena. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
