In winter, you can enjoy the family-friendly ski resort of Wildkogel Arena, as well as the larger Zillertal Arena. Both resorts are easily accessible by car or free ski shuttle bus. There are three bathrooms on offer, one of which includes a spacious bath so you can enjoy a long soak. When you're done, head to the living room and join your fellow guests for a drink and an evening around the wood-burning stove. Later, everyone can retire for a good nights’ sleep ready for another day of skiing and snowboarding!
In summer, from the chalet balcony or terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of rolling green meadows and cattle grazing peacefully. And during your stay, you will also have free access to the nearby Kristall swimming pool, making it ideal for a refreshing swim or some water fun – especially for those travelling with children. The Chalet Waldkrone lies at the foot of Hohe Tauern National Park, so it offers plenty of hiking trails, cycle paths, and many more mapped routes and outdoor pursuits. There is so much to discover in Wald im Pinzgau and the surrounding region that you will never become bored during your stay.
