Haus Contento is located right next to the Kristall swimming pool in Wald im Pinzgau – a pool you can use for free during your stay. Haus Contento is part of the Schöneben holiday village. This is a family holiday park where fun and tranquility are paramount. The house can accommodate up to eight people. Accessible via a staircase, the entrance leads you into a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area. What is immediately striking is the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape through the room-wide glass facade, which also provides access to the balcony. A staircase in the living room leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Here, there are a total of three bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed, one with its own sink, and a third bedroom which is equipped with a double bed and bunk bed.

In winter, you are close to the cross-country ski trail and halfway between two large ski resorts. The Wildkogel Arena and the Zillertal Arena can be reached by car within 5-15 minutes. The covered parking beneath this maisonette has space for two cars. Fancy something more than just skiing? Then why not try a magical torch-lit hike from the village of Krimml to the Krimmler waterfalls, or enjoy an exciting ride down a toboggan run! At the end of the day, you can take a seat in the comfortable seating area and get warm beside the traditional Austrian ‘Kachelofen’ stove you’ll find in the Haus Contento living room.

In summer, this maisonette is located at the foot of the Hohe Tauern National Park, which means it would be a perfect base for a variety of summer activities. You’ll discover mapped routes for a relaxing walk or a leisurely bike tour, as well as options for a challenging hike or a thrilling mountain bike ride! Board the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn railway and travel to one of the surrounding villages where you could visit a museum, enjoy water fun for the children at one of the superb swimming lakes in the area, or just take time to savour a tasty snack and a pleasant drink on the terrace. You might even spend a whole relaxing day on the terrace of your holiday home with a good book for company, while your children have fun in the Kristall swimming pool.
