Description
The Schöneben Haus Me Casa lies at the foot of the Hohe Tauern National Park, just on the cusp of the picturesque village of Wald im Pinzgau. It is part of the Schöneben holiday village. This is a family holiday park where fun and tranquility are paramount. This beautifully finished property is ideal for 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. It boasts unobstructed views of the surrounding scenery from its living room and two bedrooms, while the interior layout has been designed with open plan living and practicality in mind. The contemporary living room features an impressive fireplace and spacious kitchen, while the sleeping quarters are divided across three bedrooms. Step downstairs to find two bedrooms with double beds, along with a more spacious bedroom kitted out with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for the children. An ergonomic Tripp Trapp high chair is available, height-adjustable for your child. With the fully appointed bathrooms, you can relax with a long soak at the end of the day. If you're visiting in warmer months, you can also enjoy peace of mind that pests won't impose, thanks to all windows being fitted with mosquito nets.
In winter, you're in the ideal place for a spectacular skiing holiday to remember. Located nearby are the resorts of Zillertal Arena and Wildkogel Arena, both of which can be reached by car or free ski shuttle bus. At the end of a day on the slopes, head back to the comfort of this cosy chalet and gather around the fireplace as you trade stories with fellow guests.
In summer is this the ideal place for nature lovers! From Wald im Pinzgau, you can take a challenging hike (about an hour) to the Krimmler waterfalls, or hop in the car and, after a fifteen-minute drive, find yourself gaping at Europe's largest (tiered) waterfall. Take the ski gondola in the nearby village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, ascend, wander around the mountain peaks, and enjoy the breathtaking view. Another great tip: Rent a bike or mountain bike and explore the surroundings that way!
