Schöneben Haus Wenters

Description

At the foot of the Hohe Tauern National Park, in the village of Wald im Pinzgau, you will find Haus Wenters maisonette. The home is part of the Schöneben holiday village. This is a family holiday park where fun and tranquility are paramount. When entering through the hall, you’ll find a spacious living room. The staircase to the ground floor divides the space with a cosy seating area and a traditional Austrian tile stove on the left and a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area on the right. Because of this layout, you always have a view of the beautiful surrounding landscape through the large glass windows that provide access to the balcony. Host up to 8 people on a holiday in Haus Wenters with two bedrooms featuring a double bed and one bedroom featuring two bunk beds.

In winter, it’s just a short walking distance to the bus, which can take you to both the Zillertal Arena and the Wildkogel Arena. By car, you are within fifteen minutes from one of the two ski areas. Once back at the accommodations, you can park your car at one of the two covered parking spaces at the maisonette. And there is nothing as nice as relaxing at the end of an active day in your own private sauna. Afterwards, catch up with family around the cosy tiled stove in the sitting area.

In summer, Haus Wenters offers everything for a relaxed holiday in Austria. It’s seemingly just a few steps from your bed to the adjacent Kristall swimming pool where you have free access during your stay. Wald im Pinzgau is also the ideal starting point for various summer activities. A fifteen-minute drive will take you to Europe's largest waterfall, the Pinzgauer lokalbahn will take you to the surrounding villages or the town of Zell am See and there are many cycling and walking routes to follow through the beautiful landscape.
