Description

The beautiful Chalet Traumhütte is a striking, detached property situated on the hillside at Wald im Pinzgau. Part of the Schöneben holiday village, a family holiday park where fun and tranquility are paramount, this impressive chalet offers ample space for up to 10 guests. There are two bedrooms with double beds, plus two further rooms which can each sleep up to three people. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has a full-length bath. The living room has a spacious sitting area, complete with an open fireplace, while the large glass frontage overlooks the beautiful green valley beyond. You can also enjoy further extensive views from a sunny covered balcony. The dining area has been furnished in traditional Austrian style, while the fully equipped kitchen means you'll be able to prepare delicious meals whenever you choose throughout your stay. Don't feel like cooking? Don’t worry, because there are several restaurants in the area where you can feast on traditional Austrian cuisine. And what's more, all guests can enjoy free access to the nearby Kristall swimming pool for the duration of your holiday stay – a real bonus for families with children!

In winter, you can enjoy a comfortable winter sports holiday in Chalet Traumhütte. A free ski bus service is within walking distance, and once you have finished skiing you can enjoy all the comforts this chalet has to offer. Take a relaxing warm bath, build up the fire, and challenge your fellow guests to an impromptu games evening! Looking at winter sports options, you are halfway between two nearby ski resorts. And both the vast Zillertal Arena ski complex and the family-friendly Wildkogel Arena ski area are easily reached by car or via the ski bus.

In summer, this chalet is the perfect base to access the variety of activities this region has to offer. The Krimmler waterfalls, the highest (tiered) waterfall in Europe, is just a fifteen-minute drive away and is certainly worth a visit. You can also explore one of the many mapped cycle routes, or go on a beautiful walk starting right outside your holiday home. Wald im Pinzgau borders the Hohe Tauern National Park, a vast natural area of incredible beauty where you will never be bored. But you can, of course, relax around your chalet too, perhaps sitting on the beautiful terrace with a stunning mountain backdrop, sipping a nice glass of wine and reading a good book while the children have fun in the Kristall swimming pool.
